Should you go RAW – Vegan?

Good overview of the pros, and mostly cons, of a raw Vegan diet on Mother Nature Network by Christopher Wanjek.

While we can’t confirm the science cited in the article, it’s good to get to the bottom of one common misconception — that cooking vegetables KILLS them– as far as their nutrients are concerned.

Apparently, not true, and indeed in many cases it’s the opposite.

But while do-able–that one can live a healthy life eating only raw foods–it’s more likely that food choices will be limited, and that’s usually not a good recipe for health.
